Michelin-Starred Extravaganza by Three BOMBANA Chefs
The three celebrated Italian chefs boast a total of six Michelin stars among them—maestro Umberto Bombana is the proud owner of the highly-coveted three-Michelin-star rating, while Chef Marino D’Antonio of his Macau restaurant and Nicoló Rotella of his Shanghai establishment are awarded one and two Michelin stars respectively.
Tsingtao Legendary Dinner
Galaxy Macau™ proudly presents its first-ever beer-pairing dinner at Bei Shan Lou on June 20—a gastronomic celebration of vibrant Qingdao, presented in collaboration with Tsingtao Brewery.
Adventures in the Cavern – John Ng x Craftroom
Long Bar Macau is thrilled to unveil yet another star-studded lineup for our latest installment of the “Adventures in the Cavern” Guest Mixologist Series.
